Over 30 varieties of fruits, heirloom vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers are cultivated with care, with the chefs themselves taking part in the gardening process to deepen their connection to the food they prepare.
In the kitchen, Head Chef Taylor crafts each dish with precision and creativity. Preserving summer’s abundance for the winter months and embracing nostalgic, open-flame cooking techniques, Sugarloaf offers a refined, uniquely New Zealand approach to modern fine dining.
